For 2016 we are all about mindfulness and journaling is a big part of this. The act of pen to paper is powerful.

We are gearing up for our first Documenting with Midori class tomorrow, so excited to do some goal setting, mind mapping and creative visualization!  This Winter we have also added Art Journaling.
